Write up about the Conference
The ICESAS Conference engages professors, researchers and scholars from different fields and disciplines to present their latest research results in the Earth Sciences, Natural Sciences, and Applied Sciences. It offers a great opportunity for researchers to deliver recent developments and trends in Asia and other countries. The conference also serves as a good platform to establish potential multidisciplinary collaborations among participants.
Feedback on paper presented
The paper was received well by the session participants. A participant approached the authors at the end of the session to discuss statistical approaches and software that may be explored for the study.
Future directions of research presented
Another field work will be conducted for validation and a manuscript shall be prepared for possible publication.

The 2014 International Conference on Earth Science and Applied Sciences (ICESAS 2014) held last 15-17 October 2014 in Osaka, Japan is a good venue for Asian and other foreign geoscientists to share their current research activities on earth, natural, and applied sciences. It serves as a good platform for professors , researchers and scholars from different fields and discipline to stay abreast of the latest research developments and trends in Asia and other countries. It also promotes establishing potential multidisciplinary collaborations among participants.
