“Isyu sa Kuwento, Kuwento sa Likod ng Isyu” to tackle sensitive topics in children’s literature

To increase appreciation for local books which tackle topics and issues (often or long) considered taboo in reading fare for the young, the UP Reading Education Area in partnership with the National Book Development Board is inviting everyone to “Isyu sa Kuwento, Kuwento sa Likod ng Isyu: A Forum on Sensitive Topics in Children’s Literature. It will be held on 14 November 2015, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., at the Benitez Theater of the UP College of Education.
